MARION MITIGATION BANK
The Marion Mitigation Bank is a 58-acre wetland mitigation bank located in Marion County, Oregon. It was established in 2001 by Richard P. Novitzki and Duane Smith. Green Banks LLC took over management of the project in 2017. Our responsibilities include environmental consulting services such as wetland delineation, annual monitoring, reporting, credit sales, and habitat management.
